Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates – Canada
We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $99 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).
Orders under $99 CAD are shipped at a flat rate of $12 CAD.
Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the time of year.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Rates – Europe
We ship to most European countries.
International shipping to Europe starts at $40 CAD and is calculated at checkout depending on:

- destination country
- selected shipping carrier

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
We currently do not offer free shipping for international orders.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise specified.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You may track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Ann & Eli cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ann-eli.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our herbal teas, supplements, and ingestible wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
