From pain to purpose

Ann & Eli was born in 2019 in the heart of Montreal — and has since grown into an international wellness brand serving a global community of women across North America, Europe, and Africa. But before it was a brand, it was simply one woman's story. Mine.

Like many women, I walked a long and challenging road when it came to my health.

I was diagnosed with PCOS and fibroids, and for a long time, I struggled quietly with the symptoms, with the treatments that brought no lasting relief, and the many professionals that told me my dream of becoming a mother might never become a reality.

I was frustrated, afraid and discouraged. But I refused to let it be the end of my story.

One day, I made a decision that would change everything. I stepped away from the conventional path and turned to medicinal herbs and an integrative approach to health. Within six months, my symptoms began to ease. And then — against all odds — I conceived naturally.

Today, I am the mother of two daughters I call my miracle babies: Anne and Ellie. They are not just my greatest joy. They are the reason this brand exists.

But there is something else I need you to understand about this journey.

It was never only about the herbs.

While doctors told me my chances of conceiving naturally were close to none, something deep inside me held on. I truly believed that with God, all things are possible. Including the restoration of my health and the miracle of life. That faith did not replace science. It walked alongside it. And in the intersection of the two, I found my healing.

This is why, at Ann & Eli, faith is the foundation everything else is built on. Because I know, firsthand, what it means to hold onto hope when the evidence says otherwise.

Driven by my own transformation, I dedicated my life to walking this road with other women.

As a certified integrative health practitioner, herbalist, and fertility coach, I have had the privilege of supporting thousands of women through every stage of their wellness journey: from menstrual health and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

And what I found, again and again, was that so many women were suffering in silence, searching for natural alternatives that simply did not exist yet.

Ann & Eli was my answer to that gap.

What began as one personal story has grown into a collective mission — and into a brand trusted by a growing global community of women who are done settling and ready to reclaim their health on their own terms.

But beyond the products, beyond the brand, what matters most to me are the lives transformed: the stories of women and couples who, in turn, have experienced their own miracles.

Every single one of them is the reason I do this work.
