How to Use It

For Her

Month 1: New Breath (2 cups/day) + Perfect Peace (1–2 cups/day, evening) → Reset, relax, prepare.
Months 2–4: Tree of Life (2 cups/day during follicular phase: Day 1 → ovulation).
Irregular cycles? Drink daily until cycles regulate.

For Him

Month 1: New Breath (2 cups/day) + Perfect Peace (1–2 cups/day) → Cleanse, reset stress response.
Months 2–4: Seed of Life (2 cups/day). Take consistently for 3 months with a 7-day pause every 30 days.

Be Fruitful Together can be continued beyond 4 months depending on your needs.

How to Brew

The Be Fruitful Together wellness protocol lasts 4 months. However, we recommend extending it to 6-9 months depending on your needs.

Can men and women take their herbal teas at the same time?

Yes, absolutely! The program is designed to be done in parallel—creating a shared daily ritual.

What if cycles are irregular?

For women with irregular cycles, Tree of Life can be taken daily until cycles become more regular, then it should be taken only from Day 1 to ovulation. You may also add our Cycle Harmony herbal tea to your routine for menstrual comfort.

Why does Seed of Life include breaks?

Men should pause 7 days every 30 days with Seed of Life to allow the body to reset and maximize its effectiveness.

Do we need to change our diet?

We recommend a whole-foods approach (plenty of fruits, vegetables, quality protein; minimal processed foods, refined sugars, and alcohol) to enhance your results.

What if pregnancy happens during the protocol?

Stop the protocol and transition to Full of Grace for pregnancy support.

Is this safe if one of us is under medical treatment?

Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning herbal routines or supplements—especially if you take medication or have a health condition.

Can we use this protocol alongside IVF treatments?

We do not recommend combining this herbal protocol with IVF or other hormonal fertility treatments as they may have conflicting effects. If you are undergoing IVF, we suggest consulting your fertility specialist before starting any herbal routine.
