Is this safe if I’m trying to conceive?

If actively TTC, pause Restore Her tea after ovulation, then resume the following cycle if conception has not occurred.

Can I use this while on hormonal birth control?

No. We don’t recommend combining this protocol with hormonal contraceptives, as their purposes may conflict.

Can I use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No. Discontinue use once pregnancy is confirmed, and switch to Mother’s Joy for pregnancy support. We do not recommend this protocol while breastfeeding, as some ingredients may affect milk production.

Can I repeat the protocol?
